  Richard's information was passed on to my wife from a couple of friends and cyclists in the San Diego area. I was in the hospital after being involved in a serious cycling accident, and neither my wife nor I had any idea what to do next. We all met shortly after I was released from the hospital and well enough to get around. The first thing that I noticed about Richard was that he seemed to be genuinely concerned about my health and well being, and all around just a really nice and caring guy. Secondly, Richard walked me through what was ahead, what we needed to do/not to do, and set realistic expectations. Richard immediately help put us at ease as he is a cycling enthusiast himself, and seemed to be very competent with the law as it applies to accidents with cyclists. I believe with Richards knowledge and expertise we were able to come to a fair settlement before going to court. The results that Richard was able to get exceeded my expectations. I feel like after this past year Richard is not just my lawyer, but we have become friends as well. Cheers, happy & safe cycling.

  Rude, hung up on me in middle of conversation, and was referred by his own brother. Basically inconsiderate, thoughtless, couldnt find time time. There are more respectful attorney's out there he is NOT one to reccomend.
