  I think this is the most efficient postal office I have ever seen. When there is a long line, they come to help you to cut the waiting time and to direct you to the right person (if needed) immediately. People rating this postal office with 2 or lesser stars, should go to Fedex or UPS and pay double or triple, and maybe they'll feel better off then.It is easy to complain, try to do better. The best coaches are always sitting the farest away from the center court.

  If I could give this location 0 stars I absolutely would. I rarely receive my mail on time, if ever. I have had to have over a dozen checks and documents reissued over the last 6 months that I've been relegated to using this branch. My mail carrier clearly doesn't care about his work since I usually get everyone in my neighborhoods mail except my own. And the management doesn't seem to care because after several in person complaints (because in 6 months and over 100 phones calls I've never had a single one answered ) nothing whatsoever has been done to improve service. When you go in person customer service is a rare thing to experience. Nearly been evicted twice because important paperwork and checks never made it to me. Save your self some serious issues and get a p.o. box.

  I've had no problems with the office itself, but the deliverers are another story. For the past year I have constantly received others' mail and have had my mailbox literally smashed full of adds. On top of that, on multiple occasions they don't deliver my packages and rarely leave pick up slips. There is no excuse for their utter laziness.
